At Rundle Asset Management our focus is commercial and multifamily real estate opportunities. Our primary market is within the province of Alberta along with Saskatchewan and the state of Montana.
The company vision will begin with a focus on asset sizes below five million dollars. As the company grows over time so will the deal sizes. In the beginning, by focusing on smaller acquisitions we will be able to entice a broader investment market to find opportunities as the capital requirements will be traditionally smaller. Also, as our client’s capital grows so will our ability to service them.
